We have limited seating, so the band will be first come/first serve.
The band director may ask band members to rotate in and out of the band to allow others the opportunity to play.
Band members must be in good standing with their local assembly and must be dressed in accordance with traditional Body standards.
Band practice will be each afternoon, Thursday – Saturday @ 5:30 p.m.
We will have open gym for the young people Thursday - Saturday, from the close of the evening service until midnight.
Food, drinks & chaperones will be provided each evening.
These accommodations are for young people only and not for the general assembly.
